Rental and delivery terms
These terms explain how the booking is calculated and what information we need. Confirm any special condition with our team before paying.
Price and availability
Rental price is calculated for the days between delivery and return. Availability is checked for that range. The breakdown is shown before confirmation.
Delivery fee
We do not show a final delivery fee until we know the hotel or address and its area. That location determines the distance. Once identified, checkout shows the delivery fee —including when it is free— and the final total before payment.
Changes and cancellations
Request changes or cancellations on WhatsApp and include your booking number. We review availability, payment status and costs already incurred before confirming the options that apply. The website does not cancel a booking automatically.
Equipment use and care
Use the equipment for its intended purpose and follow the provided instructions. Report any failure, damage or incident promptly so we can help and prevent the issue from worsening.
Delivery, collection and support
The time and hotel are confirmed in the booking. We collect the equipment when the rental ends. If an issue arises during your stay, message us on WhatsApp with your booking number.
Need to confirm a special condition?
Ask before paying if your hotel is outside the listed areas, if you need urgent delivery or if you have a specific equipment requirement.
